6a. Paddle — Payment Data Processing

All payments on MaxiGyms are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our authorised Merchant of Record, registered at Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London, EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom. Paddle acts as the legal seller for all transactions and independently processes the following data:

• Your name, email address, and billing address
• Payment card details (held securely by Paddle — MaxiGyms never stores card data)
• Transaction amount, currency, and date
• IP address and device information for fraud prevention

Paddle's processing of your payment data is governed by Paddle's own Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it. By purchasing a plan, you consent to Paddle processing your payment data as their Merchant of Record obligations require.
