Terms of Service

1. About Us
MaxiGyms is operated by THE OFFICIAL MAXFIT SPORTS CONTRACTING SERVICES L.L.C., Trade License CN-6250407, registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates ("MaxiGyms", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our platform, website, or app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Payment Processing — Paddle as Merchant of Record
All payments on MaxiGyms are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our authorised Merchant of Record. Paddle is the legal seller for all transactions made on this platform. Paddle's registered office is at Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London, EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom.
When you purchase a plan on MaxiGyms:
- Your payment is processed by Paddle, not directly by MaxiGyms.
- Your bank or card statement will show a charge from Paddle.
- Paddle handles all tax calculations, remittance, and VAT compliance.
- Billing disputes may be raised with Paddle directly via their buyer support.
- By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions.
3. Digital Subscription Plans
MaxiGyms is a digital SaaS platform. When you purchase a plan, you receive a digital subscription that delivers the following digital products:
- Daily digital QR pass generation (software-generated, delivered via app/dashboard)
- Access to the MaxiGyms smart booking dashboard (web + app)
- Digital booking history and account management
- Digital freeze/flex day controls (Plans 2 and 3)
- MaxFitAI digital AI coaching plan — AI-generated workout and meal plan (Plan 3 only)
No physical goods are delivered. MaxiGyms does not operate gyms — we are a technology platform. Partner gyms independently choose to accept our digital QR passes as valid entry credentials.
Available plans, all priced in AED (UAE Dirham):
- Plan 1 — Basic Entry: 120 AED — 12 digital day-passes + dashboard access
- Plan 2 — Standard Flex: 190 AED — 16 digital day-passes + 2 flex passes + freeze feature
- Plan 3 — Premium (MaxFitAI Edition): 280 AED — 31 digital day-passes + freeze + 1 MaxFitAI AI plan
Plans are non-recurring — there is no automatic renewal or repeat charge. Each plan is a one-time purchase.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
MaxiGyms offers a refund policy in line with Paddle's Buyer Protection. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy. In summary:
- Full refund if no QR code has been scanned and the request is made within 14 days of purchase.
- Prorated refund for remaining unused days if fewer than 3 QR scans have been used and the request is made within 14 days.
- No refund after 14 days from purchase or after substantial plan usage.
- Refund requests are submitted to info@maxigyms.com.
5. QR Code System & Access
Access to partner gyms is granted via a daily QR code generated in the MaxiGyms app. By using the platform you agree that:
- QR codes are personal, non-transferable, and valid for the calendar day of generation only.
- One QR scan per day per user is permitted. Duplicate scans at the same gym on the same day are rejected.
- Sharing, screenshotting, or attempting to reuse QR codes is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
- Partner gyms reserve the right to refuse entry for legitimate reasons.
- You must comply with each gym's individual rules, safety guidelines, and code of conduct.
6. Freeze Feature
Plans 2 and 3 include 2 free freeze days per cycle. On a frozen day, no QR code is generated and no day is deducted from your plan. Additional freeze days are available at 3 AED each, charged in-app via Paddle. The maximum freeze per plan cycle is 5 days. Free freeze days reset on plan renewal and do not carry over.
7. User Accounts & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a plan.
- You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately at info@maxigyms.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your account or QR codes with any other person.
- Attempt to bypass or manipulate the QR validation or day-deduction system.
- Use the platform for any purpose unlawful under UAE law.
- Harass, abuse, or endanger other users, gym staff, or gym property.
- Resell or transfer plan access to any third party.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
9. MaxFitAI Integration (Plan 3)
Plan 3 includes a one-time redemption code for one free AI plan generation on MaxFitAI.com (personalised workout + meal plan). The code is valid for 30 days from plan activation, is single-use and non-transferable, and cannot be refunded or reissued once redeemed. MaxFitAI is a separate platform; its own terms and privacy policy apply upon redemption.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, MaxiGyms shall not be liable for:
- Any injury sustained while using a partner gym facility.
- Loss or damage to personal property at any partner gym.
- Acts or omissions of partner gyms.
- Platform downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current active plan.
11. Data Protection & Privacy
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection. Payment data is processed by Paddle; see Paddle's Privacy Policy for how they handle your billing information.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify Paddle of any changes to our refund policy or product terms as required.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at info@maxigyms.com. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 business days. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Abu Dhabi, UAE. For payment-related disputes processed by Paddle, you may also contact Paddle's buyer support directly.
